Are you wondering if your child is ready for kindergarten? This School Readiness program provides you and your child, the opportunity to be part of a fun, educational, and structured group that emphasizes the importance of social/emotional development along with other key areas of learning. This four-week program provides an overview of ways in which parents can support their four and five year old to prepare for kindergarten. The program will focus on academic readiness, emotional readiness, social readiness, and independent physical skills that help create success in the classroom during this important transition. Limited childcare is available.
Age range: For parents and their children who may be entering Kindergarten (ages 4 & 5 years).
Dates: Fridays, January 16 - February 6, 2026, register by Friday, January 9, 2026 or
Fridays, May 22 - June 12, 2026, register by Friday, May 15, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Cost: No cost (donations gratefully accepted)
