Are you wondering if your child is ready for kindergarten? This School Readiness program provides you and your child, who will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall, the opportunity to be part of a fun, educational, and structured group that emphasizes the importance of social/emotional development along with other key areas of learning. This four-week program provides an overview of ways in which parents can support their four and five year olds to prepare for kindergarten. The program will focus on academic readiness, emotional readiness, social readiness, and independent physical skills that help create success in the classroom during this important transition.
Age range: For parents/caregivers and children who are considering entering Kindergarten ages (4 &5 years)
Dates: Fridays, January 24 – February 14, 2025
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Registration deadline: Friday, January 17, 2025
Cost: No cost (donations gratefully accepted)
