Are you curious to know when to expect typical developmental milestones for your infant or young child? This FREE Program utilizes the Ages & Stages (ASQ-3) Developmental Check-Up tool to offer you a snapshot of your child’s gross motor, fine motor, communication, problem solving, and personal-social skills along with a look at their emotional wellbeing (ASQSE: 2). Check-Ups can be completed every three to six months for children 0 - 5 years old and will be followed up by a Parent Coach who will give you insights into your child’s development along with fun & easy things you can be doing with your child to support their development. The ASQ tool is fast (about 30 minutes to complete); easy (a simple series of everyday activities that you complete with your child); and fun (many parents/caregivers use the results as a permanent record of their “baby’s firsts”). Simply complete the registration to get connected to the questionnaire and a Parent Coach will contact you with the results. By joining this program, you will receive timely reminders when your child is due for another check-up.
* Once you have completed the program registration below, you will be sent an email within 24 hrs. of the next business day that includes the link to the ASQ portal where you can complete your ASQs.
