Programs
Are your children asking if they can start staying home alone? Do you feel confident in preparing them for this important step in growing up? This group allows parents and caregivers to learn alongside their children ages 10 – 12 years old to explore expectations, safety, and responsibilities through lots of fun activities. Some topics covered will include nutrition, cyberbullying and internet safety, and personal care. Younger siblings may attend but must be at least 8 years old before the class.
Age range: For parents/caregivers and children 10 - 12 years
Dates: Saturday, February 7, 2026, register by Saturday, January 31, 2026 or
Saturday, May 2, 2026, register by Saturday, April 25, 2026
Time: 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Cost: No cost (donations gratefully accepted)
