Programs
Would you like to meet other families with a newborn? You and your baby, 0 – 6 months, can join us for this 5-week group. In this group, you will receive information about your baby’s development and the changes a new baby can bring while networking with other new parents. You will explore challenges such as self-care, finding support and post-partum signs and symptoms. A Public Health Nurse is invited to attend one of the sessions to provide information and support.
*You do not need to be a first-time parent to attend.
Age range: For parents and children 0 – 6 months
Dates: Mondays, January 5 – February 2, 2026, register by Monday, December 29, 2025 or
Mondays, February 23 – March 23, 2026 , register by Monday, February 16, 2026 or
Mondays, Mondays, April 13 – May 11, 2026, register by Monday, April 6, 2026 or
Mondays, May 25 – June 22, 2026, register by Monday, May 18, 2026
