Are you looking to develop parent skills, build resilience and address your child’s developing needs after separation and divorce? Attend a workshop with a Parent Coach to learn ways to strengthen your skills and better connect with family members. Topics covered include:
· Family Transitions and Child Development
· Managing the New Everything and Emotion Monitoring
· Emotions, Thoughts, and Preparing for Stressful Situations
· Assertive Communication and Co-parenting Relationships
· Support Systems and Building Connection with My Child
