Are you looking to develop parenting skills, build resilience and address your child’s developing needs after separation and divorce? Attend a workshop with a Parent Coach to learn ways to strengthen your skills and better connect with family members.
Workshop A (Participants MUST attend all days; prerequisite for workshop B)
First Night – Family Transitions and Child Development
Second Night – Managing the New Everything and Emotion Monitoring
Third Night – Emotions, Thoughts, and Preparing for Stressful Situations
