Is your family navigating ADHD? Does your child want to build friendships and feel more confident in social situations? For many children, making friends and understanding social dynamics can feel like tackling a challenging level in a video game.
Side Quest Squad is a fun, interactive program where families with ADHD concerns come together for three sessions to connect, learn, and grow alongside others who understand their experiences. Through engaging activities, children and parents have opportunities to make new friends while building practical social skills together.
Along the way, families will discover ADHD-friendly strategies to strengthen social connections, including remembering names, improving impulse control, navigating teamwork challenges, understanding emotions, and developing friendship skills. With a focus on fun, belonging, and real-world success, every family can level up their social confidence and connection.
