Are you looking to build new strategies to parent following family violence? The last Wednesday of each month we are hosting space for parents to explore the following topics:
April: Understanding Anger
May: Single Parenting
June: Healthy Relationships/ Boundaries
July: Co-operation
August: Dealing with Stress
September: Encouraging Healthy Relationships for Children and Teens
October: Coping with Moving
November: Celebrating our Changing Families
Each theme will be explored using a variety of creative activities. You are welcome to join for one session or them all.
Age range: 18+
Dates: Last Wednesday of each month
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Registration deadline: One week prior to each group
Cost: No cost (donations gratefully accepted)
