Did you know all children learn through play? Do you want to get out of the house and connect with other families? This child-led group is for parents/caregivers and children 0 - 4 years old who like to get messy, use their imaginations, and explore the world around them. This program will be offered once every month. We will spend time in the Library enjoying songs and stories. Then we will move upstairs to enjoy play-based activities. A Parent Coach will provide information on parenting topics, information on upcoming community programs and events, answer your questions about your child’s behaviour and development, as well as direct you to other services. You will be given more information during the group. This group is offered in collaboration with the Beiseker Municipal Library and Rocky View County FCSS.
Age range: For parents/caregivers and children 0 - 4 years
Dates: The fourth Wednesday of the month: January 22, February 26, March 26, April 23, May 28 and June 25, 2025
Time: 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Registration deadline: Registration is on-going so that if a program has already started and is not at capacity, you may still be able to attend. Please contact Community Links for more information.
Cost: No cost (donations gratefully accepted)
