Are you interested in learning new coping skills and understanding why you struggle with the things you do? This 10-week DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) informed group is for adults (18+) to help you gain skills to change patterns in behaviours, emotions, and thoughts related to problems in your life that cause conflict and distress. Topics will include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each week will build on the previous weeks’ topics and skills.
This group is run in partnership between Highland Primary Care Network and Community Links.

**Group participation is recommended for all 10 sessions. It is mandatory to attend the first session. Absence from more than 2 sessions will result in loss of further participation in the group.
