Dialectical Behavior Therapy Informed (DBT)

 
 
 

Are you interested in learning new coping skills?  This supportive 10-session conversation and participation group for adults will help you gain a broader knowledge in the areas of: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.  Each week you will have the opportunity to practice several life skills to support you in learning new coping skills.  This group is offered in collaboration with Airdrie Addiction & Mental Health Clinic and Highland Primary Care Network.

Age range: 18+

**Group participation is recommended for all 10 sessions.  It is mandatory to attend the first session.  Absence from more than 2 sessions will result in loss of further participation in the group.  If you are going to miss a session, please call PCN Reception at 587-287-1727 or 1-855-850-4726 to let the Facilitators know.
