Dialectical Behavior Therapy Informed (DBT)

 
 
 

Are you interested in learning new coping skills?  This 10-week DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) informed groups is for adults (18+) to help you gain skills to change patters in behaviours, emotions, and thoughts related to problems in your life that cause conflict and distress.  Topics will include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.  Each week will build on the previous weeks’ topics and skills. 

This group is run in partnership between Highland Primary Care Network and Community Links.

Age range: 18+

Day/Date(s): Fridays, January 24 - March 28, 2025

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Registration deadline: Friday, January 17, 2025

Cost: No cost

 Location: Highland Primary Care Network (PCN) 101-217 Centre Ave, Airdrie, AB

 **Group participation is recommended for all 10 sessions.  It is mandatory to attend the first session.  Absence from more than 2 sessions will result in loss of further participation in the group.  If you are going to miss a session, please call PCN Reception at 587-287-1727 or 1-855-850-4726 to let the Facilitators know.
