ADHD Skills Group

 
 
 

ADHD group is a psychoeducational skills-based supportive group.  There are set topics each week focused on learning new coping skills.  Topics will include: organization, time management, cognitive behavioural skills, and self-esteem.

This group is run in partnership with Highland Primary Care Network, Recovery Alberta Rural Addiction and Mental Health and Addiction and Community Links.

Group participants should be able to commit to all 9 sessions to get the most benefit.

Age range:  18+

Day/Date(s): Tuesdays, February 4 - April 1, 2025

Time: 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Location: Highland Primary Care Network (PCN) 101-217 Centre Ave, Airdrie, AB

**Group participation is recommended for all 9 sessions.  It is mandatory to attend the first session.  Absence from more than 2 sessions will result in loss of further participation in the group.  If you are going to miss a session, please call PCN Reception at 587-287-1727 or 1-855-850-4726 to let the Facilitators know.
