Programs
ADHD group is a psychoeducational skills-based supportive group. There are set topics each week focused on learning new coping skills. Topics will include: organization, time management, cognitive behavioural skills, and self-esteem.
This group is run in partnership with Highland Primary Care Network.

**Group participation is recommended for all 9 sessions. It is mandatory to attend the first session. Absence from more than 2 sessions will result in loss of further participation in the group.
