The Cringe Games

(11 -17 years)

Are you a parent looking for a way to strengthen your connection with your teen in a fun and interactive way? Parents/caregivers attend with their teens (11-17 years) once a month. During this group, a Parent Coach will be leading activities with a focus on play and how important that is for kids, teens, and adults alike.  Along with teamwork, communication, leadership, and critical thinking, you will receive information on teen brain development.  You will get the opportunity to connect with your teens (device free) doing activities they enjoy, learn about what they like to do, show them you can have fun right along side them. The sessions will be pure skibidi (excitement and chaos) and are sure to bring some laughter and memories. Connect and Cringe right along with us: we bring the activities; you bring the rizz (charisma/charm).

Age range: For parents/caregivers and teens 11 - 17 years

Dates: The first Thursday of the month: February 5, March 5, April 2, May 7 & June 4, 2026

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Cost: No cost (donations gratefully accepted)

Location: 211, 125 Main St NW, Airdrie, AB
