If you are feeling this way at school or are the parent of a student experiencing test stress- this evening is for you! This workshop can assist you with the preparation for an exam and even managing your feelings during the test. We will discuss symptoms of exam anxiety, how to manage stressful thoughts and provide strategies to increase self-esteem and self-confidence.
