Mental Health Symposium

Self-care is the intentional practice of nurturing your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It means recognizing your needs without guilt and making space to rest, recharge, and restore balance in your life. Whether it’s taking a quiet moment to breathe, setting healthy boundaries, engaging in activities that bring you joy, or simply allowing yourself to slow down, self-care is not a luxury—it’s essential. By caring for yourself, you build resilience, improve your overall health, and create the energy needed to show up more fully for the people and responsibilities in your life.
