Parenting Children with Anxiety: Getting Started
Does your child experience frequent worry, fear, or anxiety? Are big emotions, school, separation, social situations, or everyday challenges becoming overwhelming for your child or family?
Whether your child has been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder or you’re simply concerned about their anxiety, we invite you to join us for this informative workshop.
Together, we’ll explore what anxiety is, how it affects children, common signs, possible causes, and when additional support may be helpful. We’ll discuss practical coping tools, parenting strategies, and resources that can help your child build confidence, resilience, and healthy ways to manage anxiety.
This workshop also provides a supportive opportunity to connect with other parents who are navigating similar experiences, share ideas, and learn from one another.
Following the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to book a one-on-one session with the facilitator to ask questions and receive information and guidance tailored to their child(ren) and family’s unique needs.
