Parenting Children with ADHD: Beyond the Basics
Do you have a solid understanding of ADHD but are looking for practical strategies to better support your child?
Join us for this interactive workshop designed for parents who are ready to build on their knowledge and strengthen their parenting toolkit.
Together, we’ll explore effective behaviour management techniques, positive discipline approaches, and practical parenting strategies that support your child’s success while strengthening your relationship. We’ll discuss ways to respond to challenging behaviours, encourage cooperation, build routines, and foster your child’s self-regulation and confidence. You’ll also learn about additional resources and supports available to help your family navigate the challenges of raising a child with ADHD.
This workshop provides a supportive opportunity to connect with other parents, share experiences, and learn from one another in a welcoming environment.
Following the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to book a one-on-one session with the facilitator to ask questions and receive information and guidance tailored to their child(ren) and family’s unique needs.
Age range: For parents with advanced knowledge of ADHD
