An Introduction to Parenting After Separation & Divorce. Beginning the journey of parenting after separation or divorce can feel overwhelming. This introductory workshop provides a supportive environment to help parents understand how separation affects children, explore strategies for reducing conflict, and learn the foundations of healthy co-parenting. Parents will gain practical tools to support their children’s emotional well-being, strengthen communication, and build confidence as they navigate their family’s new path forward.

Age range: For parents of children 0 – 17 years
