Strengthening Parenting & Co-Parenting Skills. This workshop is designed for parents who have previous experience with co-parenting education, this workshop takes a deeper dive into the complexities of parenting after separation and divorce. Through guided discussion and practical strategies, participants will strengthen communication skills, navigate ongoing parenting challenges, manage conflict more effectively, establish healthy boundaries, and support children through changing developmental needs. Build on your foundation while connecting with other parents committed to creating positive, resilient family relationships.

Age range: For parents of children 0 – 17 years
