The Anger Awareness Workshop provides a non-judgmental space where you can get answers to your questions, learn skills to handle this complex emotion, and become empowered to manage anger effectively in your life. Upon the workshop completion, a certificate will be provided.

Age range: 18+

Dates: Friday, December 11, 2026

Registration deadline: December 4, 2026

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (with a one hour break for lunch)
